The Tribal Data Steward will lead a team to establish a system that provides access to and sharing of fishery and habitat data among the Columbia River Inter Tribal Fish Commission member tribes.
Hatchery Production Coordinator

Works with tribal policy makers and staff to develop and implement a hatchery mitigation program consistent with tribal objectives. Also works in regional processes to monitor regional hatchery production and implement tribal initiatives.

UMATILLA: Prosecutor Closing date

The Prosecutor: 1) prosecutes criminal offenders, 2) protects Tribal children from abuse and neglect, 3) enforces civil regulations, 4) advises the Board of Trustees, other tribal policy bodies and staff in the development of tribal policy regarding crime prevention and law enforcement, 5) assists the Board of Trustees in the negotiation of crime prevention and law enforcement agreements with federal, state and local governments, 6) assists in the development and refinement of Tribal crime prevention and law enforcement institutions and procedures, 7) coordinates efforts with other departments of the tribal government, such as the Tribal police and Social Services department, and 8) consistent with tribal sovereignty, coordinates efforts with other jurisdictions, such as the U.S. Attorney for Oregon, the Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office, the FBI, the Oregon State Police, County Sheriff’s Office and city police.
WARM SPRINGS: Research & Monitoring Project Leader Closing date

Coordinate and implement fisheries research projects for culturally significant species. Primary responsibilities will include statistical analysis and reporting writing; project design, and assisting with funding proposal development.

Commercial Fisher Boat Operator for Bonneville Reservoir White Sturgeon Tagging Project Deadline

CRITFC, Yakama Nation fisheries, and Oregon Department of Fis & Wildlife, will contract with three tribal fishers and their crews to catch and tag white sturgeon in Bonneville Reservoir during winter 2008. Tribal fishers and their crews will utilize their own boats and fishing gear to catch sturgeon and cooperatively with YN fisheries technicians, mark/tag and release these fish for later recapture by co-management researchers in the summer of 2009.
Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide audit services to CRITFC Deadline

The Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission is accepting proposals from CPA firms to provide audit services for its organization. The term of the engagement is three years with a yearly renewal option. Work will not commence until 2009.
